Our Return Promise
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in original condition with tags attached. Your satisfaction matters as much as the perfect fit of our Contour Saddle Pads or the precise balance of our Custom Bits.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Fly Spray & Masks (opened products)
- Horse Bathing Supplies (liquid products)
- Custom Bits (made-to-order items)
Simple 3-Step Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our rider-trained support team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer an exchange or refund
Step 2: Package & Ship
Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Please:
- Repackage items securely in original packaging
- Include all tags and accessories
- Ship to: RideCharm Returns, 3564 Crowfield Road, Albuquerque, NM 87101, USA
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Step 3: Processing
Allow 3-5 business days for processing after we receive your return. You’ll receive email confirmation when complete.
Refund Details
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return:
- Original Payment Method: Credit/debit card refunds appear in 1-2 billing cycles
- PayPal: Refunds typically appear within 24 hours
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
Exchange Policy
Prefer a different size or product? We’ll gladly exchange most items within 30 days:
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference
- Shipping costs for the new item will apply
Damaged or Defective Items
If your Dressage Girths or English Saddle Pads arrive damaged, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a prepaid return label and expedited replacement.
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding certain Asian regions):
- Customs fees/duties are non-refundable
- Mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
- Use trackable shipping methods (DHL/FedEx recommended)
