Custom Bits and made-to-order items:

• Are non-returnable unless defective

4.4 Delivery Issues

If your English Saddle Pads or other items don’t arrive within the estimated timeframe:

1. Check your tracking information
2. Contact the carrier directly

5. Returns & Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in original condition with tags attached. Exceptions:

• Non-returnable: Opened Fly Spray, liquid Bathing Supplies, Custom Bits
• Special handling: Dressage Girths must be unused with protective covers intact

5.2 Return Process

2. Receive return authorization and instructions

Return shipping is at customer’s expense unless due to our error.

5.3 Refunds

Refunds process within 5-7 business days after we receive your return:

• Original payment method: 1-2 billing cycles
• PayPal: Typically within 24 hours

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.

5.4 Exchanges

We exchange most items within 30 days:

• Subject to availability
• Customer covers price differences
• New shipping costs apply

7. Liability & Disputes

• Failure to follow manufacturer guidelines

7.2 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, RideCharm’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. We’re not liable for consequential damages.

These terms are governed by New Mexico law. Disputes will be resolved in Albuquerque courts.
